What counts as a "translated minute"?
A translated minute is one minute of active speech-to-speech translation during a call. Silence and hold time are not counted. Both directions of the conversation (caller and agent) are included in the same minute.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. The Enterprise plan includes custom volume pricing. Contact our sales team for a quote based on your expected usage.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees for any plan. The Free Trial and Starter plans can be self-provisioned. Growth and Enterprise plans include guided onboarding at no additional cost.
